We are upgrading the IMA system to a more robust environment to improve speed, accessibility, and support future enhancements.
As part of this upgrade, the IMA application will be unavailable on Saturday, 21st March from 01:00 AM to 09:00 AM (up to 8 hours). We expect the application to be restored earlier, but this is the maximum downtime window.
The application will remain available outside of this period over the weekend. We kindly request that you complete any urgent payments before 01:00 AM.
Both the IMA web and mobile applications are being upgraded. While we expect both to be available immediately after the upgrade, there may be a short delay in mobile app availability due to app store approvals (this is highly unlikely). In such cases, please use the IMA web (browser) version:
